This Year’s Harvest
The newest lot of Brazil Parceiros do Café delivers a sweet, satisfying coffee with a creamy, pillowy mouthfeel. In the lighter roasts, expect bright flavors of dried apricot, clover honey, Swiss chocolate, and praline, creating a beautifully layered profile. For darker roasts, the coffee transforms into a richer experience with notes of almond brittle, baker’s chocolate, Medjool dates, and brown sugar. This coffee maintains an impressive balance of sweetness and texture, making it ideal as a silky drip coffee or a refined, complex espresso with an excellent body. Whether enjoyed on its own as a single-origin espresso or as a pour-over, this coffee adds depth, body, and a lingering sweetness to every cup, making it a versatile favorite for any brew method.
About The Farmers
Parceiros do Café is an exclusive lot made up of coffee sourced from four different farms—Boa Vista, Fazenda Furnas, Mato Cipo, and Apostolo Simao. Each of these farms is run by dedicated families spanning the Minas Gerais region. This lot is built with quality, transparency, and traceability in mind and established relationships with each of the farms based on both the quality of the cup and the farms' openness to partner on data transparency. Each component brings its own unique quality to the blend and together makes a consistently delicious and clean cup of coffee.
Social Impact
Living Income Pricing
Currently, 80% of the world’s coffee farmers live below the poverty line, with the prices they receive often falling short of what is needed to sustain their livelihoods. Because existing equitable pricing models like Fair Trade and Direct Trade don’t go far enough to lift farmers out of poverty or create sustainable livelihoods for their families, this coffee was purchased using the Living Income Pricing benchmark created by Bellwether Coffee Company. This benchmark guarantees that coffee producers are paid a fair and sustainable wage. By choosing this coffee, you’re actively helping to combat poverty among coffee farmers by paying a price that helps close the living income gap.
What It Is:
Traditional pricing models like Fair Trade and Direct Trade, while helpful, don’t go far enough to lift farmers out of poverty or create sustainable livelihoods for their families. To break the cycle of poverty for the world’s 12 million coffee farmers, a new pricing model is needed—one that pays farmers based on living income rather than global market demand.
How It Works:
Partnerships are formed with farmers and production organizations, such as cooperatives, to gather comprehensive data, including their cost of production, productivity, and lifestyle expenses such as food and education. Using this data, a new minimum price for coffee is established that not only covers production costs but also ensures farmers can thrive in their daily lives. Contracts signed with producers based on this Living Income Pricing model ensure a fair and sustainable wage for their work.
Farmer Impact Fund
Purchasing this coffee also supports the Farmer Impact Fund (another Bellwether initiative) which directly invests in coffee-growing communities. Through this fund, producers receive balloon payments that they use autonomously for community and farm-level projects. A small surcharge is added to the price of the green coffee beans, and these funds are directly distributed to farmers, creating a direct connection between the consumer, the coffee roasting company, and the lives of coffee producers and their families and community, something unprecedented in the coffee industry.

Perfect everyday coffee
I brew a lot of different coffees, but this one always stands out. The smooth finish and mellow sweetness are just so reliable. Perfect for an everyday drinker. Plus, I appreciate the transparency about where the beans come from. It makes the experience feel more connected and meaningful.

Blew me away!
The packaging was simple, but the coffee inside blew me away. This is what medium roast should be: flavorful, balanced, and smooth. I’m a fan for life.

My new favorite
Parceiros is now my favorite coffee to serve guests. It’s universally enjoyable, not too acidic, and easy to brew. Everyone asks where I got it.

A whole new experience!
I am pretty particular when it comes to what I put in my body so when I learned that coffee beans sold from major brands can contain mold, I knew I needed to try specialty coffee. I've had this single-origin Brazilian in a standard drip machine and can clearly tell the difference, but when I tried it in a pour-over I was like, "WOW - this is IT!" Do yourself a favor and give this a shot. Thank me later.
